RALEIGH--It's been almost two weeks since N.C. State University opened fall camp, but Saturday they took a break from the practice field to meet the press.
In less than three weeks, the Wolfpack will look to use everything they have been working on in practice to beat Tennessee, but instead of focusing on the Volunteers, the Pack is concentrating on improving.
Coach Tom O'Brien expects the most out of his experienced squad, with 34 returning players and seven starters on each side of the ball.
Before the season starts, it's one practice at a time for the Pack, so the players are using the excitement of a highly anticipated 2012 season to get them through the dog days of fall camp.
The Wolfpack is motivated to keep up the hard work on the practice field, while inching closer to the season opener against Tennessee.
