AURORA, Colo. – The man accused of killing 12 people and wounding 58 more in a shooting rampage at a Colorado movie theater is expected to be formally charged Monday.

Cameras won't be allowed in the courtroom when James Holmes is arraigned.

He's expected to face 12 counts of first degree murder and multiple attempted murder counts for the July 20 shooting.

Prosecutors have 60 from the arraignment to decide whether they will seek the death penalty against Holmes.
