Ex-Blue Devil Nolan Smith injured in Summer League game

Former Duke now Portland Trail Blazers guard Nolan Smith was injured Tuesday night in Las Vegas Summer League play and had to leave the game on a stretcher.
The 21st overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft apparently took a shot to the head while driving to the basket and collapsed shortly thereafter.
A teammate says he was conscious and talking while on the floor.
