CHARLOTTE -- A Charlotte teenager reported missing last month has been found in Missouri and the man with her is charged with kidnapping her. Jacqueline Alfaro, 13, was reported missing by her mother on May 24.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, working with the FBI and authorities in Missouri, say they located her with 31-year-old Gonzalo Barrera in St. Louis. He's charged first-degree kidnapping.
