ECU's Ruffin McNeill rallies students at Wilmington school

WILMINGTON – Usually when East Carolina University head football coach Ruffin McNeill is in the Port City, he's there to rally Pirate Nation.
Wednesday morning, the Pirates' coach spent a few minutes encouraging a group of kids in the Wilmington area.
