Let's Cook: Cocktail sauce

INGREDIENTS
• Ketchup
• Lemon
• Horseradish
• Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and Pepper
• Fresh herbs


PROCEDURE
Cocktail sauce can be very subjective and the appropriate balance of the four main ingredients – ketchup, lemon (or any citrus), horseradish and Worcestershire sauce – is up to your taste.


Once you find that balance, add salt and pepper for enhanced flavor.


Finish it off with some fresh herbs for Earthiness and to add some color.


HINTS
Serve with a mild seafood such as oysters or shrimp.
