BERMUDA RUN, N.C. – Authorities say a U.S. Marine based at Camp Lejeune shot his wife then killed himself in front of his parents' home in Davie County.

The body of 26-year-old Kirk Harris was found Sunday morning in Bermuda Run.

Authorities say he shot his wife, 29-year-old Sarah Harris of Greensboro, after a fight. She was found across the street and is in intensive care at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
