WILMINGTON -- Nearly 400,000 travelers have gone through Wilmington International Airport so far this year. It's the airport's strongest showing in five years, but new data shows the numbers slipping down about six percent since July.
The airport lost an American Airlines flight to Chicago earlier this year, and then Delta replaced three US Airways flights to New York with two flights.
About three quarters of the passengers through ILM are business travelers.
