CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C.--Two Camp Lejeune marines were charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.
The Jacksonville Daily News reported that Jacksonville police arrested 19-year-old George Nelson and 21-year-old William Conner.
They were charged with statutory rape, indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Police say Nelson and Conner had sex with the girl at a construction site.
Conner was also accused of abominable and detestable crimes against nature with the same girl.
They are being held in Onslow County Jail.
