RICHLANDS, N.C. – A second person is now behind bars on charges of exposing a 4-year-old to methamphetamine.
Ibrahim Cruz, 35, is charged with child abuse and manufacturing meth. Investigators say he was living at a home on Scranton Court in Richlands, which is where Onslow County deputies arrested Charity Anglade earlier this week.
Deputies say they found several pots to make meth inside the home as well as the child.
The child was treated for chemical exposure but there is no word on whether the child suffered any injuries as a result of the exposure.
