RALEIGH—Another one of the people indicted on charges stemming from an investigation into Gov. Perdue's campaign finances has turned herself in.

Juleigh Sitton appeared before a magistrate Wednesday. Sitton along with Trawick "Buzzy" Stubbs are charged with obstruction of justice and filing a false campaign report.

Peter Reichard is also charged with obstruction of justice. He turned himself in Tuesday and was released on a $50,000 unsecured bond. Wake County's District Attorney said Gov. Perdue is not a target of the investigation, but Republicans said candidates are responsible for what occurs in their campaigns.

On Tuesday in Charlotte, the governor reiterated her innocence.

"I was made aware that Mr. Willoughby one more time stipulated very clearly that I was not involved, didn't have knowledge of any of the questionable activities," said Perdue.

The governor also said the indictments would not discourage her from running for office next year.
