Pender County elementary teacher found with prescription drugs

PENDER COUNTY, N.C. — Wilmington police arrested a Pender County second-grade teacher and a Hampstead man on drug charges.
During a traffic stop Saturday, officers said they Lori Kirkpatrick, 43, and Anthony Lisk, 44, with the prescription drug Dilaudid; also known as Hydromorphone. Kirkpatrick is listed as a teacher on the South Topsail Elementary School website.
Her bond is set at $300,000. Lisk's bond is set at $500,000.
