FAYETTEVILLE – Fort Bragg officials are investigating the death of a paratrooper. According to the Fayetteville Observer, 24-year-old Private First Class Todd Patrick was found dead in his barracks on Sunday.

Patrick was a Fire Control Specialist with the 82nd Airborne Division's 1st Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team.

Patrick was from Kiln, Mississippi and joined the army in June 2011.
