That morning cup of coffee could be doing more than getting you going, it may help your heart too.

A new study from the American Heart Association shows two eight-ounce cups of coffee a day lowers the risk for heart failure by 11 percent. They think it's because coffee lowers the risk for diabetes.

But before you start chugging coffee, researchers warn four cups a day seems to weaken protections and five cups could be dangerous.
