The Charlotte Knights moved closer Friday in their quest to relocate to Uptown. On Friday, team officials met a June 30 deadline to submit a full financing plan to Mecklenburg County. Officials with the county will review the plan and give a recommendation to commissioners on Tuesday whether or not to move forward.
